Brunswick fly-throughs

Sharing a project we have been working on for a while.
We have a fairly resolved model , and are making some mini-fly-throughs to test how the design performs.

The project is for a new build single storey 3 bed room home (well, 2 and a study) in Brunswick.

This reel looks at how the front facade with expressed gutter and set back entry door sits as a a part of the streetscape.

Proposing modest materials that will age and patina.
The front facade is timber, left to go grey, with copper gutter emphaisising the party wall and a “Clifton brickworks” brick letter box

In video below we can see how the internal spaces fit together.
(Couple of times we fly through the wall – apologies for that.)

With views to the courtyard and backyard, as well as skylights to capture north sun.

Again, modest internal materials: timber and eucalyptus green cabinetry.
Bookshelves between the stud frame in the Hall, to the wall of the Dining area and at a higher level (with library ladder, of course) between Living and Kitchen.

Large windows located at the back for birdwatching and connection with the established garden.
