Last touches to change an out-building into a home-office / studio. With the front, north-facing wall hard onto the footpath, adjustable and open-able rust steel shutters were added in front of a set of bi-fold windows. The double skin offers lots of control and customisation of sun and daylight, views (in and out) and ventilation.
