Thankyou to Hamish from Sanctum, Drew from @passive_tech and Louis from @proclimaau for openly sharing their experience. Seeing the Passivhaus systems at construction stage was a most informative initiative.
One of our particular favourites was the cavity closer – a folded perforated mesh that neatly deals with detailing a vented wall cavity. Seen between the blue building wrap and bottom batten in our mediocre photo.
