Cladding has just started on our Fonzie flat project in Preston. Chosen a profile that screams “shed”. Volumetrically a bit lumpy but worked to eek out every bit of space and height while minimising impact to the south. The views and space inside are good and garden planters at 1st floor level to the western / lane way facade will be fantastic.
And note – site sign now in place!
